Q. What kind of modification is done to the player? A. The modifications involve the installation of a circuit-board, or chip, onto the player motherboard to bypass region-coding signals.
Q. Can I upgrade my player's firmware? A. Yes, it is safe to upgrade your player's firmware without affecting the multi-region functionality. However, please note that with certain Pioneer models the region switching numbers may change. For example, region A may change to digit 2, region B to digit 1, etc.
Q. How long is your warranty? A. Our warranty is
12 months from the date of purchase. The
player needs to be returned to Gatti Audio in Melbourne for any warranty
claims. A. Yes, all mods can be removed without a trace, free of charge.
Q. Can you modify the Sony Playstation 3? A. No. The PS3 cannot be modified, and we dont modify any other Sony models due to their high complexity and cost of modifying. |
